Introduction of our Awards game

We would hereby like to introduce our legendary Awards Game! We have specially designed it to reward our most appreciated Models!

Awards are weekly competitions starting on Mondays at 12:00 noon CET. Each contest lasts for 7 days.

This marks a fresh start for everyone, offering new opportunities to earn more by always providing your best! Make sure your Profile is completely filled out, as appearing at the top of the list allows you to attract more Members!

Below you will find all the necessary information about the requirements, Prizes and much more.

How can I participate?

We only ask a few things in exchange for participating in the Game: your account must be in ‘Active’ status, profile picture must be approved, and you must follow the rules of the site.

You may participate in the Awards game with more than one account, however, be aware that only one of your Model accounts can win in each category (the one with the most points). You aren’t locked into a single category, you can win more than one or even all of them at once!

Your participation is automatic as long as you meet the specific award category’s requirements. For instance, as a newbie model, you can participate in Category Awards by earning from online or offline features. In Location Awards, you will collect Award points for each credit you earn while streaming from creative and unique locations. In Shorts Awards, you will earn points as your Shorts gain views. Additionally, in Conversion Awards, you can earn points by successfully converting new members, which involves completing a member’s first-time paid transaction. You can find the details for each category below.

Performer Awards

If you’re a newbie performer, you can earn points and rise in the Performer Awards by using all of the features available to you. The more money you make with our features like Private Shows, Interactive toys, Surprises, or Messages, the more points you’ll earn to advance and win!  

Connect with your members and rise to the top of your Awards category to win amazing cash prizes every week! See your points grow with every single Credit you earn from members!

Please note that Newbie category is meant to boost the visibility of our newcomers, so it’s only available during the first 60 days after registering your first account on LiveJasmin.

Conversion Awards:

In Conversion Awards, you will earn points by converting members while using the features listed below. By converting more members, you will increase your chances of winning and boost your income!

Free Chat Conversion
Encourage new members to spend in Free Chat to earn more points and increase your chances of winning!

Hot Deal Conversion

Teaser Conversion
Increase your chances of winning by uploading engaging Mobile and Desktop Teasers, spending more time online, and converting fans!

Note: Only active teasers will be included in the calculation. The leaderboard for the Teaser Conversion Award is updated hourly, please check your current status regularly.

Location Awards:

You can participate in the Location Awards by streaming from creative and unique locations. You will collect Award points for each credit you earn while streaming from these locations. Increase your chance of winning by maximizing your earnings using all the available features, such as Private Shows, Interactive toys, Surprises, or Messages.

Public Locations:
Experiment with quick and exciting shows in various public locations such as malls, streets, cars, public transport, cinemas/theatres, nightclubs, and restaurants/cafés.

Nature:
Climb the ranks of the Nature Awards by going live from beautiful outdoor locations, such as the beach, countryside/farm, garden, or a park.

Wellness:
Earn credits by streaming from the gym, jacuzzi, pool, and sauna to engage a larger audience and increase your chances of winning in the Wellness Awards.

Personal Space:
Increase your chances of winning by collecting points and streaming from locations like your bathroom, kitchen, or balcony—anywhere except your bedroom. 

Note: You can change your location at any time during a stream, except during Private and VIP Shows. Please remember to update your location each time you do. If you set your location incorrectly, Support will correct it and your location will be locked until your next login. A second incorrect location setting will result in a temporary suspension from participating in Awards.

Shorts Awards:

Our Shorts Awards are directly linked to Shorts videos. It’s simple: as your Shorts gain views, you’ll earn points to rise in the rankings! Show off your creativity and talent through Free and Premium Shorts. Remember, creative and intriguing videos always attract more members. Upload creative Shorts frequently to boost your visibility and viewers.

Free Shorts are visible to everyone and appear on Stories that expire in 24 hours, while Premium Shorts are exclusive to members who subscribe to your Stories.

Premium Shorts

Show off your creativity and talent, and engage more members with sexy Premium Short. The more creative and intriguing your video content, the more members you’ll attract.

Free Shorts

Keep your fans hooked on your content by uploading entertaining Free Shorts. The more creative and intriguing your video content, the more members you’ll attract.

What are the terms of the Top Model Awards?
 
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) will establish the general
guidelines and conditions for earning rewards based on performance on the site (hereinafter
referred to as the “Award Game”)
1.2. These Terms govern the relationship between you, as a model/participant (hereinafter “You”
or the “Model”) and, subject to the Model’s identified country/registered billing address, either
JWS Americas S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with
registered address at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of
Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number
249.539 provided You are identified as based in the United States of America or JWS International
S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with registered address at
44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with
the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 249.566 provided You are
identified as based in any other country but the United States of America (JWS Americas S.à r.l.
or JWS International S.à r.l. where relevant being hereafter referred to as “Website Operator”).
1.3. The Award Game applies to all the Model who are in an “active” status on
www.livejasmin.com (hereafter the “Website”), and provided that such participation is not
prohibited by law in the country where the Model performs.
 
ARTICLE 2– CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
2.1. The conditions to participate in the Award Game are explained in these Terms and on the
following page:

2.2. To qualify for participating in the Award Game, Models must be at least 18 years old and be
on an active status and with the approved profile photo on the Website. This excludes members
of the Website Operator’s staff and collaborators, as well as affiliated companies and individuals
(including their staff and collaborators) engaged in organizing the Award Game. Additionally,
family members (immediate family or those residing at the same address) of individuals belonging
to the aforementioned excluded categories are also ineligible.
2.3. Models are permitted to engage in the Award Game using more than one account.
2.4. By default, the participation in the Award Game is automatic, contingent upon meeting the
specified requirements for each Award Category, as provided in the following section.
2.5. The Website Operator may at any time exclude anyone from participation in the Award Game
as a result of a breach of any of the conditions for participation or in the event of abuse, deception
or malicious participation in the Award Game.
 
ARTICLE 3– AWARD TYPES AND POINT COLLECTIONS
3.1. The Model will be entitled to receive and collect awards /points (hereinafter the “Awards”)
within the following categories: a) Performer; b) Location; c) Shorts; and d) Conversion.
3.1.1.
Performer Award: All newly registered Models and within the initial 60 days from registration,
shall have the chance to accumulate Awards and progress in the Performer Award section.
The newbie Models will have the chance to accumulate Awards and progress by utilizing
all available features, such as private shows, interactive toys, surprises, or messages.
3.1.2.
Location Awards: All Models who stream from creative and unique locations shall have
the chance to accumulate Awards and progress in the Location Awards section. Depending on
the location a different Award will be granted, however, if Models perform from a bedroom, they
will not receive any Award:
3.1.2.1.
Public Locations: Models can earn credits by streaming in public locations, that
may include, but shall not be limited to, malls, streets, cars, public transport,
cinemas/theatres, nightclubs, and restaurants/cafés. The content must comply with all
legal conditions in the location where it is being recorded.
3.1.2.2.
Nature Locations: Models can earn credits by streaming by broadcasting live from
scenic outdoor locations, encompassing the beach, countryside/farm, garden, or a park,
etc. The content must comply with all legal conditions in the location where it is being
recorded.
3.1.2.3.
Wellness Locations: Models can earn credits by streaming from wellness
Locations such as the gym, jacuzzi, pool, and sauna. The content must comply with all
legal conditions in the location where it is being recorded.
3.1.2.4.
Personal Space Locations: Models can earn credits by streaming from personal
spaces like the bathroom, kitchen, or balcony—excluding the bedroom. The content must
comply with all legal conditions in the location where it is being recorded.
3.1.3.
Shorts Awards:
Models can earn Awards for all the Shorts videos accumulated views. As
more Short Videos are viewed, more credits will be accumulated, which will imply advancing in
the ranking. There can be two types of Shorts videos: a) Free Shorts and b) Premium Shorts.
3.1.3.1. Free Shorts: Free Shorts are accessible to all viewers and are featured on
stories. Only active Free Shorts videos on a Model’s Stories will be considered in the
weekly Awards calculation.
3.1.3.2. Premium Shorts: Premium Shorts are exclusively available to members who
subscribe to Model’s stories. Only active Premium Shorts videos on a Model’s Stories will
be considered in the weekly Awards calculation.
 
3.1.3.1.1 Awards Calculation for Free Shorts: Awards will be calculated based on
the number of unique viewers who watch the Model’s eligible Free Shorts Videos
through Stories during the specified Award period.
3.1.3.1.2 Awards Calculation for Premium Shorts: Awards will be calculated
based on the number of unique viewers who watch Model’s eligible Premium
Shorts videos through Stories during the specified Award period.
3.1.3.1.3 Conditions for Short and Premium Videos: Each time a Member opens a
video, it will be counted as 1 (one) view, irrespective of the viewing duration.
Additionally, each Member will be recognized as a unique viewer, regardless of
the number of times they revisit the video. Only views by registered Members will
be taken into account for the counting process. Views from guests, referring to
users who are not logged in, will not be factored into the view count.

3.1.4.
Conversion Awards
: Models can earn Awards by successfully converting member’s
while utilizing the features outlined below. In the context of this article, “
conversion” or “converting” shall mean the successful completion of a member’s paid transaction on the
Model’s page on the Website.
3.1.4.1. Video Call Conversion: The Models can convert new fans into dedicated members
through Video Calls. For each new fan converted within this category, the Model will be
entitled to earn Awards.
3.1.4.2. Free Chat Conversion: The Models must motivate new members to spend time in
the Free Chat category. The Models will earn Awards for each new member that is
engaged within the Free Chat conversation category.
3.1.4.3. Hot Deal Conversion: The Models will earn Awards for enticing new members to
initiate the Hot Deals promoted by the Website Operators.
3.1.4.4. VIP Show Conversion: The Models will earn Awards for new members
conversions, which refer to the spending of new members in the Model’s VIP shows.
3.1.4.5. Teaser Conversion: The Model will earn Awards by uploading captivating Mobile
and Desktop Teasers, dedicating more time online, and successfully converting fans.
3.1.4.4.1 Awards calculation for Video Call, Free Chat, Hot Deal and VIP Shows
Conversion Awards: The Model will earn awards based on the member’s first
spending on the site, the first spending on the Model, or the first spending of the
day. The amount awarded for the Model varies depending on the type of spending.
 
 
Each Member can generate Awards only once a day per Model; therefore, multiple
transactions on the same day will not generate additional Awards for the same
Model.
3.1.4.3.1 Awards calculation for Teaser Videos: Models earn Awards based on
their active mobile and desktop teasers’ click though rate. The categories
corresponding to soul mates; Dj; Dancer; Fashion; Love Life Adviser; Fitness;
Cosplay and Hot Flirt, shall not receive any Awards.
3.3. The contents to be used on the Website shall be in accordance with the legal grounds and
not be forbidden by the applicable law where the video is being recorded and/or streamed.
 
ARTICLE 4– PRIZES
4.1. The Website Operator will reward the top 120 models with the highest number of Awards
on a weekly basis, providing them with prize money, (as further detailed on the Wiki Page).
4.2. Any prize money shall be added on each winner’s personal account via the Website.
4.4. These prizes are personal, indivisible, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and must be
accepted as awarded without any modification.
4.5. Models can participate in the Award Game with more than one account; however, each Model
is eligible to win in only one (1) category with one (1) account.
 
ARTICLE 5– CHANGES TO THE AWARD GAME
5.1. The Website Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Award Game, to suspend,
shorten, extend, postpone, change the prices amounts, or terminate the Award Game at any time,
without notice, without giving reasons and without compensation to the participants or third
parties.
5.2. In the event that the Website Operator or one of its partners is forced to prematurely
terminate, make changes to extend or terminate the Contest as a result of the inappropriate
behavior of one of the participants, the Website Operator reserves the right to request
compensation for the damage suffered accordingly.
 
ARTICLE 6– RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. Without prejudice to cases of gross or willful misconduct, neither the Website Operator, nor
its staff, nor any third party involved in the Award Game shall be liable for any direct or indirect
damage of any kind that may occur during the Award Game, or in connection with the participation
in the Award Game, the designation of winners or the award (or non-award) of prizes, regardless
of their source, cause or consequences, even when the Website Operator is informed of the risks
of such damage.
6.2. Participation in this Award Game implies knowledge and express acceptance of these Terms.
The Website Operator shall not be held liable in any way for the organization of this Award Game.
The prizes and the relevant rights for the winners are strictly subject to the conditions of
application of these Terms. No recourse of any kind is therefore possible against the Website
Operator.
6.3. The Website Operator shall not be liable in this Award Game for loss or theft of the prize, or
fraudulent conduct by a third party in connection with the Award Game.
 
ARTICLE 7– PERSONAL DATA
The Website Operator processes the personal data transmitted as part of the Award Game in
accordance with the applicable Terms and the privacy policy
(https://www.livejasmin.com/en/privacy-policy).
 
ARTICLE 8– ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION OF THE TERMS
8.1. Participation in the Award Game implies unconditional acceptance of the Terms by the
participants, including any subsequent amendments, and no challenge thereto will be taken into
consideration.
8.2. Any complaint relating to the Award Game shall be sent in writing to the Website Operator’s
registered office. Under no circumstances may complaints be handled orally or by telephone.
 
8.3. These Terms may be consulted at any time on the Wiki Page or upon request sent to the
following email address: help@livejasmin.com.
8.4. The Award Game is under the supervision of the Website Operator. In the event of force
majeure, unforeseen circumstances or complaints, the Website Operator may take any necessary
measure to ensure the smooth running of the Award Game. Its decisions shall be final and cannot
be challenged.
8.5. The participants undertake to fully comply with applicable law and to avoid any cheating in
the context of this Award Game or circumventing the Terms. In case of tampering, fraud or similar
irregularities, the Website Operator is authorized to disqualify, suspend or ban a Model from the
Award Game and/or the Website or take any other measure that the Website Operator finds
appropriate.
 
ARTICLE 9– GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1. The participants undertake, in the Award Game, any discussion concerning the application
or interpretation of the Terms, to seek first an amicable solution with the Website Operator before
commencing any legal proceedings.
9.2. If any provision of the Terms is found to be null or void, the remaining provisions of the Terms
shall remain in full force and effect. Any such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision shall,
to the extent permitted by law, be deemed replaced by such valid, effective and enforceable
provision as comes closest to the economic intent and purpose of such invalid, ineffective or
unenforceable provision.
9.3. The Term, as well as the conduct of the Award Game itself, are subject to Luxembourg law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
